 BUILDING B APPOINTS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Martin Lundie Completes Building B’s Executive Team BELMONT, Calif. – December 19, 2007 – Building B, a new entertainment services company that has developed a breakthrough on-demand video entertainment platform, today announced that Martin Lundie has joined the company as chief financial officer. In this role, Lundie is responsible for all of Building B’s worldwide financial operations. In addition, Lundie will spearhead both human resources and the company’s legal division. "Martin’s extensive experience and financial expertise has been critical to the success of a number of ground-breaking companies and has helped transform unknown start-ups into noteworthy entities," said Buno Pati, Building B chief executive officer. "His track record as a financial executive and entrepreneur make him a perfect addition to the Building B executive team." A serial entrepreneur, Lundie has 20 years of experience managing, guiding and operating start-ups. Most recently, Lundie was the chief financial officer of Picolight Incorporated, where he assisted in the successful turnaround and sale of the company. Previously, he co-founded and served as chief executive officer, chief financial officer and chief operations officer of PolyStor Corporation, a manufacturer of lithium ion batteries. Lundie has also served as chief financial officer of Lightwave Microsystems Corporations and Vixel Corporation following his tenure at PolyStor. In addition, Lundie co-founded Read-Rite Corporation and served as chief financial officer and general manager of the company’s Thailand subsidiary.
