Michael Youssefmir is chief technology officer at Sezmi. Youssefmir brings 15 years of experience in engineering and product management in the wireless broadband and data technologies industries to the company.

Prior to joining Sezmi, Youssefmir served as senior director of product management at Bytemobile Inc., a mobile Internet software and infrastructure provider. There, Youssefmir managed architectural and market requirements for the company's wireless optimization services node. During this time, he helped grow the business to more than 70 wireless operator customers.

Before his tenure at Bytemobile, Youssefmir spent six years at ArrayComm Inc., where he worked on the design and implementation of spatial processing algorithms for wireless voice and mobile data systems. He represented the company in multiple standard boards, including ANSI standards and IEEE 802.20. and was a major contributor to the company's intellectual property, holding nine patents in the use and application of smart antenna technologies to cellular systems.

Youssefmir holds a Ph.D. in physics and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a master's degree in physics from Harvard University. He received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and physics from the California Institute of Technology.
